On April 22, master's students of the program “Economics and Organization Management: Sectoral Aspect” of the Institute of Economics, Management and Finance of Kazan Federal University, in the framework of the subject Lin-management, under the guidance of Anastasia Abramova, Associate Professor of the Department of Production Economics, visited the training production site of the Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity of the Republic of Tatarstan - Process Factory. Federal and regional centers of competence in the field of labor productivity are operators of the national project “Increasing Labor Productivity”, based, among other things, on the application of lean production technologies.
The training program was organized in the format of an interactive lecture by certified experts in lean manufacturing and a business game in the format of three game shifts, each of which was aimed at building effective work by minimizing production costs, maximizing profits, increasing productivity and labor quality.
The participants were immersed in a real production process and gained practical experience in applying the following lean production tools: identification of production losses, optimization of transport logistics, reduction and rational modification of the occupied space, balancing the load between operators, assessment of customer needs and organization of work according to the tact time, analysis of visualized data, formulation and solution of production problems.
Following the results of participation in the Process Factory, the trainees received certificates of successful completion of training from the Regional Competence Center for Labor Productivity of the Republic of Tatarstan. Undoubtedly, training at the Process Factory contributes to the formation of a new generation of professionals in the field of economics and management. Graduates of our Institute are already acquiring valuable practice-oriented knowledge in the field of continuous improvement of modern enterprise activities and are in demand in the labor market.
