Scholarships

Every year the Russian Government allocates a guaranteed number of state-funded scholarships for foreigners to study at all educational levels in Russian higher educational institutions. Selected candidates receive free tuition for the full period of study in the chosen specialty and a monthly scholarship.

Applications are accepted between September and December via the official website Education in Russia.

Rossotrudnichestvo, Russian diplomatic missions, or at the Ministry of Education of your country of residence.
