From September 25 to 28, the Higher School of State and Municipal Management at Kazan Federal University (KFU) hosts an advanced training program titled "Modern Aspects of Professional Activities of the Head of Administration in Municipal Service", designed for the heads of the administrations of municipal district councils of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The opening ceremony was attended by Ilnur Garipov, the First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Tatarstan – Chief of the Office for Territorial Work of the Republic of Tatarstan; Alexander Belov, Head of the Department of State Service and Personnel under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan; Ekzam Gubaidullin, Chairman of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan"; and Igor Privalov, Director of the Higher School of State and Municipal Management at KFU.
The program covers key issues relevant to the leaders of the municipal district councils' administrations, such as interaction with the public and media, reintegrating participants of the Special Military Operation and their families back into civilian life, organizing and providing protocol support for district and republican events, and managing electoral campaigns. Ilnur Garipov will participate in the program as a speaker, discussing the activities of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Additionally, the training participants will engage in a practical session at Kazanorgsintez PJSC and visit the Administration of the Soviet District of Kazan.
