Government employees from Kazakhstan are undergoing an internship at the School of Public Administration (HSPA) at Kazan Federal University (KFU). Today, the opening of the internship program "Personnel Management in State and Municipal Service: Experience of Tatarstan" took place at HSPA.
During the two-week training, twelve master’s students—who are state employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan—will enhance their qualifications. The program includes educational and practical sessions on current topics of state administration, personnel management, professional development, economic activity, provision of state services, and training of managerial personnel. Interns will visit state institutions and industry organizations, including the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of RT, the Ministry of Youth of RT, and the Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State Services.
During the ceremonial opening of the program, participants were welcomed by Timirkhan Alishev, Vice-Rector for External Relations at KFU; Yerlan Iskakov, the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazan; Alexander Belov, Head of the Department of State Service and Personnel under the President of RT; and Igor Privalov, Director of the School of Public Administration at KFU.
