During the shift the schoolchildren from Tatarstan studied foreign languages and digital technologies.
In the sports and recreation camp "Burevestnik" of Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University, the solemn closure of the first profile shift "LingvoBit" took place.
For 18 days the schoolchildren from different cities of Tatarstan plunged into the world of foreign languages, digital technologies and intercultural communication. The final chord of the shift was a bright ceremony with creative performances, the presentation of certificates and warm parting words.
The shift supervisor Vadim Kormishin, the assistant of Mathematics and Applied Informatics Department of Elabuga Institute of KFU, noted:
"The "LingvoBit" program was aimed at teaching children to live in a modern multicultural digital society. They not only studied languages, but also plunged into the world of IT. It is especially valuable that native speakers introduced Chinese culture to schoolchildren. I am sure this experience will be a starting point for many in exploring new directions".
The ceremony ended with a general photo to the sounds of fanfare. Despite the sadness of parting, the guys will leave with new knowledge, friends and hope to meet next year.
