The Elabuga Institute of KFU took part in the innovative high-tech competition OPEN SPACE - 2024 in Astana (Kazakhstan)

The OPEN SPACE competition, aimed at supporting the active part of the youth of Kazakhstan and Russia, has become a platform for identifying the best innovative projects for further investment. Ilnaz Ziganshin, the 4th year student of the Department of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, spoke in the direction of "Chemical Engineering" with the project "Processing of oil sludge in the Republic of Tatarstan," winning the honorable 3rd place.

Within the framework of the innovative high-tech competition OPEN SPACE - 2024, Elena Efimovna Merzon, the director of Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University, signed a memorandum of understanding and cooperation with AGT Global, which opens up new prospects for the development and strengthening of educational and research programs.

The successful performance of Ilnaz Ziganshin, a student of Elabuga Institute of KFU at the OPEN SPACE 2024 competition and the signing by Elena Merzon of a memorandum of cooperation with leading educational and industrial organizations of Kazakhstan and Russia are evidence of the high level of training of specialists at the university and its active position in the development of innovations.
