The III International Scientific and Practical Conference "Russian and Foreign Practices of Increasing the Resilience of Educational Organizations" began its work at Elabuga Institute of KFU. The conference began with a plenary session, which was opened by Elena Merzon, the director of Elabuga Institute of KFU:
"Our forum in various formats: full-time, part-time, online - is attended by about 70 research scientists not only from the Russian Federation, but also from the Republic of Belarus, from the Kyrgyz Republic and from the Republic of Uzbekistan. The organizing committee received more than 50 reports, six of which were presented at the plenary meeting. I express my gratitude to the conference participants, our guests, who came to share the results of their research, "said Elena Efimovna.
The plenary session was moderated by Olga Shatunova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor, the head of the Department of Pedagogy of Elabuga Institute of KFU. During the meeting theoretical scientists and practitioners shared with the conference participants information on possible models and ways to increase the resilience of educational organizations. The conference continued with sections discussing various aspects of improving resilience in education.
