Fetyukhin Marat Vladimirovich – candidate of law, the associate professor.
Is the associate professor of the ecological, labor law and civil process department of the Kazan (Volga region) federal university law faculty.
Teaches the following subject matters: Civil process, Arbitration process, special course on "Arbitration Legal Proceedings in the Russian Federation".
Actively cooperates with legal higher education institutions, widely uses business games, gives dialogue lectures, and he is the organizer of "The All-Russian student's judicial debate".
Combines teaching, with practical activities by being the lawyer of Bar of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Conducts vigorous educational and research activity. Published more than 60 scientific works, including the textbook on "Arbitration process", the Comment to Arbitration procedurally code of the Russian Federation, and also articles: "Efficiency of Interim Measures in Arbitration Process", "Some Questions of Classification of Interim Measures in Arbitration Process", "A ratio of procedural right ability and procedural capacity in a modern arbitration and civil procedural law.
