Opening Position: Instructor of English as a Foreign Language

The Department of Linguistic and Intercultural Communication of Kazan Federal University, (Kazan, Russian Federation) is looking for a native speaking instructor of English as a Foreign Language to complement our qualified academic staff. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, young and dynamic team.

The position will involve teaching English to university students majoring in philology and education 20 academic hours per week.

Requirements:

• Native speaker of English
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Linguistics, ESL/EFL, Education, other foreign languages or related fields (other majors and individuals with B.A. could also be considered)
• Work experience in teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language

Employment Conditions:

• One-year contract (visa support is provided), could be further continued
• Accommodation in the Guest House of the university (monthly payment: ₽ 3,000 – 8,000 per month)
• Ability to attend Russian language classes
• Salary according to qualification
