A meeting was arranged on 26th June.
The TOBB University delegation comprised Counsellor to the Rector Oğuz Ergin, lecturer on international business Burcu Fazlıoğlu, and Attache of the Consulate General of Turkey in Kazan Murat Taşdemir.
Vice-Rector of KFU Linar Latypov made a presentation and spoke about longstanding cooperation with Turkey. One of the more prominent projects is, of course, the RTT-150 telescope, jointly managed by Kazanian and Turkish astronomers.
Mr. Ergin proposed to organize Russian language training for TOBB students in Kazan – overseas internships are mandatory for them. He also expressed interest in learning more about physics, chemistry, and medicine at KFU.
After the meeting, the guests proceeded to the Institute of Philology and the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance.
