From 9 till 11 June 2022 in the Moscow Institute of Electronics and Mathematics (MIEM HSE) International Moscow IEEE-workshop (MWENT-2022) is held. The workshop is devoted to electronics development and its integration into modern network engineering technologies and also modern achievements in the field of control and communication systems. This year, the organizers provide for a hybrid format for the workshop, due to the current epidemiological situation in the world. Employees of the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) KFU presented their research papers.
Alexandra Dobrokvashina, a Research Associate and a graduate of the master's program «Intelligent Robotics», presented a paper
«Sensors modelling for Servosila Engineer crawler robot in Webots simulator». Authors: Alexandra Dobrokvashina, Roman Lavrenov, Yang Bai (Ritsumeikan University, Japan), Mikhail Svinin (Ritsumeikan University, Japan), Evgeni Magid.
Maxim Mustafin, a Research Assistant and 3rd year bachelor ITIS student in Software Engineering presented a paper
«Modelling mobile robot navigation in 3D environments: camera-based stairs recognition in Gazebo». Authors: Maksim Mustafin, Tatyana Tsoy, Edgar A. Martinez-Garcia (Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez, Mexico), Roman Meshcheryakov (Institute of Control Sciences RAS), Evgeni Magid.
