Structure of the Institute consists of the Directorate and 2 divisions, which include 6 departments:

Division of Ecology:

• Department of Ecological Systems Modeling

Division of Environmental Management:

• Department of Landscape
• Department of Meteorology, Climatology and Atmospheric Environment
• Department of Soil Science
