An International Conference “International Law Implementation in Regional Integration Processes” was held on 3-4 October. The conference was attended by leading Russian and foreign scientists and practitioners, representatives of international organizations, public authorities, the judicial authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan. The conference was devoted to assessing the impact of International Law to Regional Integration processes, also forming expert opinions, experience exchange in the field of legal integration in International and National Law, as well as revealing the tendencies and perspectives of Regional Integration development in Europe and Eurasian space.
The section “Theoretical problems of legal integration in International and National Law” was attended by members of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law: Rustem Davletgildeev (Civilizational Approach in the Study of International Law on the Example of International Labour Law); Aidar Gubaidullin (The Role of Legal Culture in the Processes of Legal Integration); Alexander Vasin (Some Aspects of Legal Integration in Modern Russia); Ainur Gilmullin (The Role of Legal Doctrine in Solving Theoretical problems of Legal Integration in International and Domestic Law)
