The pageant aims to popularize Tatar language and culture and attract young people to Tatar traditions.
There are several disciplines in the tournament – self-introduction, singing, choreography, quiz, and runway walk.
The winner, who received a money prize of 50 thousand rubles and other gifts, shared, “I think this victory can change my lifestyle. I can already feel the changes. I really enjoyed the process and was glad to work with professionals.”
According to the schedule, semi-finals of the international pageant are to take place in Kazan this week, and the finals will take place in Izhevsk, Russia, on 27th September.
