Russian Forum of Patriotic Youth Organizations
Another event in the University’s anniversary schedule is being held on 18th – 21st November.
The forum is a result of an event project pitch made by KFU to the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.
The participants were greeted in the Emperor Hall by Rector Ilshat Gafurov and Director of the Department for Youth Policy Yuliya Vinogradova. “These days, we are holding a number of events to celebrate the University’s birthday. There will be a concert tonight. After having lived for a certain time, every year starts to seem as an anniversary, so we tend to celebrate on a wide scale,” said the Rector.
He spoke about youth activities at KFU, including the grand Student Victory March held every year to commemorate the Second World War heroes.
This forum has attracted 280 participants and experts from 60 educational institutions and 20 nonprofit associations.
