If you plan to visit the International Office in person, you must first contact the staff by phone or email. Personal visits are allowed only for emergencies.

Due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the Republic of Tatarstan, a self-isolation regime has been introduced. We strongly suggest thatr you stay in your place of residencem, i. e. apartment or dormitory. Move around the dormitory only when necessary. Leaving the dormitories is allowed only for food and medicine purchases. Refrain from using public transportation.
