On March 24, 2023, Kazan Federal University (KFU) hosted the “Exam Night” – the sixteenth series of the “PRONauka in KFU” project. The event includes a program of educational intensives aimed at popularizing science, provides knowledge in an accessible form, and also gives an opportunity to become a student for one day and observe the university life.
About 3000 people attended the “Exam Night”. The event was held from 17.00 to 21.00, at this time university guests listened to lectures and participated in master classes. Mikhail Abramskiy, director of the Institute of Information Technologies and Intelligent Systems (ITIS), delivered a lecture entitled “Fables of the early IT era”.
Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS) members Liaisan Safarova, Aidar Zagirov and Alexandra Dobrokvashina also participated in the event.
“It is a great event, which, in my opinion, effectively increases interest in science among both children and adults, – said Alexandra. – Cool lectures and interesting activities, the opportunity to get acquainted with a whole bunch of different areas of study and learn something new. Like many visitors, I would be glad if such events were held more often”.
