Future applicants visited LIRS as part of the Unified Open Day

On April 12, 2025, the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (ITIS) of Kazan Federal University (KFU) held a Unified Open Day. As part of the event, future applicants visited the Laboratory of Intelligent Robotic Systems (LIRS). Laboratory employees Alexandra Dobrokvashina and Aidar Zagirov showed the children what they do in the laboratory and what projects they work on. They also answered the students' questions: how to get into the laboratory, how students work with robots and what students do after graduation.

"Events of this format are equally necessary for both applicants and institutes and laboratories," Alexandra shared. "Thanks to them, future students can get to know the training areas and capabilities of institutes and laboratories better. And we, in turn, can show what we do and introduce the students to our projects, which they themselves can become a part of in the near future."
