In September, master's programs in Management and Economics were launched. 50
people became master's students at HSB KFU.
This year, Higher School of Business launched the following master's degrees programs:
• "IT-management" (head - Doctor of Economics, Professor Igor Anatolyevich Koh);
• "International Business" (head - Doctor of Economics, Professor Gallyamova Dinara Khamitovna);
• "Enterprise Management" (head - Doctor of Economics, Professor Akhmetshina Alsu Rinatovna);
• "Business and Finance" (head - Doctor of Economics, Professor Vagizova Venera Ildusovna).
The purpose of the implementation of master's programs is to prepare masters with
interdisciplinary professional competencies, global thinking, modern management
technologies in areas of economics, entrepreneurship, finance, capable of solving business
tasks.
This year's enrollment includes 13 foreign nationals from China, Hungary, Iraq and
Uzbekistan. Due to the spread of the coronavirus infection the new academic year began in
a hybrid format.
At the opening of the programs, the head of the business school A.R. Akhmetshina noted
the value of modern managerial and economic education, focused on the practice-
orientedness of school’s programs.
The leaders of the master's programs presented the structure, features and the benefits of
studying at Higher School of Business, urged students to fruitfully spend the next two years
of study within the walls of the business school, take full advantage of all the opportunities
that education gives.
