Short description of important scientific result: Developed a conceptual model for industrial complex innovation based on a macro-technological platform; created a theoretical-methodological approach to industrial modernization within macro-technology, accounting for transaction costs during restructuring lifecycle stages; designed an integration mechanism for industrial development processes based on a proposed macro-technological platform flow model; established a methodology for sustainable industrial complex management using a synthetic approach; proposed a cooperative mechanism to resolve conflicts between cross-industry cluster participants; developed a management impact typology based on engineering development levels as an industry support institution; presented an organizational management model for knowledge transfer between the knowledge economy and industrial sector through engineering centers as innovation infrastructure elements.
