Short description of important scientific result: Over the past 10 years it was obtained two important results. 1. It is considered a method for definition of frequency dependences of group delay time and Doppler frequency shift of short wave propagation separate modes, based on radiosignal probing by means of two continuous linearly frequency modulated signals (Coauthor V. V. Shumaev). 2. A new approach to the detection and evaluation of radiosonde signals, based on the use of methods for the detection of anomalous samples in experimental measurements.
