I am Garifova Liliya Fuatovna. I  was born  March 19, 1981 in Omsk.
I went to the school №  86 of Omsk. In 1993 my family moved to the Republic of Tatarstan, in Zainsk. I continued my education in Tatar gymnasium №9. In 1997 I graduated from school with a different. During my school life, I liked to do sports. Moreover, I participated in different competitions and I was awarded with diplomas. During my school years, I  participated not just in sports competitions, but in scientific competitions too. There were physics olympiads, chemistry, economics.
In 1997 I entered to Kazan State University, in faculty of Economics. I was very active student. I took a part in different competitions. Furthermore, I got a prizes for it.   In 2002 I graduated from the University with a diploma of Manager.
In 2002 I was accepted to the post of  a major accountant at "Karabikulovo" . However, in 2007 I was fired by my own request. From 2007 till present I work as the economist in «Trubostroi». In 2003 I passed my candidate exams, to become a competitor. I had been doing my work since 2006. 

In 2011 I defended my dissertation on the theme: "Implementing the economic interests of businesses in the information economy", by 08.00.01 «Economic theory» subject.  I work on a part-time post  as a  major lecturer  at  Kazan (Volga region) Federal University since 2011.
