Short description of important scientific result: Ecological and phytocenotic features of shrub pine forests of ancient Volga terraces, features of accumulation of phytomass of shrubs depending on the degree of crown closure and disturbance of phytocenoses were revealed. Data on the morphological and anatomical structure, reproductive features, resource potential of a number of widespread and rare species of medicinal plants in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan were obtained.
