Short description of important scientific result: Populations of rare and medicinal plants of the Republic of Tatarstan have been studied. The importance of the morphological plasticity of plant vegetative organs as an important mechanism that ensures the preservation of individuals of a species on the developed area of space under the conditions of the succession type of the dynamics of plant communities is shown. The factors facilitating successful measures for the reintroduction of rare species into natural communities have been identified.
