Modeling the optimal distribution of a homogeneous resource (bandwidth) between users of a telecommunications network, divided into zones (clusters). It is allowed to use external additional resources.
Investigation of the problem of optimal distribution of a homogeneous resource in broadband telecommunications networks and in cognitive communication systems with mobile subscribers. The network resource is distributed between the primary (licensed) users on a fixed basis, and they allocate the unused portion to secondary users on the basis of auctions in their zones.
