Staff Assistance

​The programs of advanced training of educators are carried out with the help of the best academic teaching staff of the faculties and institutions within KFU. At the moment 128 educators from 11 corresponding institutions and highly-qualified educational workers from 187 educational organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan take part in the realization of the programs of advanced vocational education.

The interaction between staff training and advanced training of educational workers in the KFU institutions allows to create a stable system of continuous pedagogical education with a functional feedback mechanism.
