International Cooperation

Institute of International Relations, History and Oriental Studies is actively developing international cooperation with the leading universities in the United States (Indian, Michigan, New York Universities), Germany (Free University of Berlin, Humboldt University, Leipzig, Giessen, Göttingen, Munich, Tubingen Universities), Poland (Warsaw, Gdansk, Torun Universities), Austria (Vienna University), Netherland (Amsterdam University), Italy (University of Modern Art in Calabria), China (Beijing, Guangdong Universities,Hunan Teacher Training University), Turkey (Istanbul, Marmar Universities, Institute of Unus Emre), Egypt (Cairo), Tanzania (University of Dar-es-Salama), Morocco (University of Abdel-Malica as-Saadi), Republic of Korea (Kukmin, Cheongju, Pusuan, Seoul National University), Japan (Kanazawa, Kyoto, Tokyo University), Israel (Hebrew University in Jerusalem), UNESCO, ICOMOS.

Together with foreign scientific centers the Institute of International Relations, History and Oriental implements a number of the following collaborative projects:

• International Network project “Zone of Cultural contacts and conflicts in Eastern Europe” with Giessen University named after Ustas Libich;
• International project with Indiana University ‘Title VI. Volga - Kama Research Initiative’;
• International Network project in the frames of World War I problems studies together with Free University of Berlin;
• International project with Humboldt University.
