Structure of the Institute consists of 3 divisions, which include 14 departments:

• Department of mathematics and economic informatics

Division of  Enterprise Economy

• Department of management accounting and controlling
• Department of financial accounting

Division of Finance and Credit

• Department of corporate finance

• Department of taxes and law
• Department of crisis management and valuation activities
