The winners of the competitive selection Natalya Leontieva and Olga Belova received certificates of scholarship at the August pedagogical conference in Yelabuga.
The project "Teacher-researcher", proposed for the schools by the Yelabuga Institute of KFU, was supported by the head of Yelabuga region Gennady Emelyanov. Thanks to the scholarship of the head, it will give the chance the teachers to combine the minimum academic load in school and research work at the department of the university for three years. As a result of the contest, two participants of the project were selected: the teacher of chemistry of school №9 Natalia Leontieva and the teacher of history and social studies of school №8 Olga Belova.
Another joint project of the municipality and university was launched this day: Gennady Emelyanov presented the certificates of scholars for the master's program at the Yelabuga Institute of the KFU to the director of the Center for Extracurricular Activities Anastasia Nayakshina, the teacher-organizer of school № 8 Elmira Minzamieva, the deputy director for school work at school № 6 Vitaly Vegera . The young bachelors will be able to study at the next stage of higher education at the expense of the local budget.
Olga Faizullina, assistant of the Department of English Philology and Intercultural Communication of the Yelabuga Institute of the KFU, was awarded with the Certificate of Honor of the district head at the ceremony of honoring the leaders of the educational system.
Summing up the results of the plenary session of the August conference of education and science workers, the First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the RT Andrei Pominov stressed that Yelabuga is a university town. The best pedagogical staff is trained here and the best graduates of the university should be invited to work to the Yelabuga schools. Then the youth and the education system of the district will have new perspectives and new results.
