Human Resource Department is a structural subdivision of Elabuga Institute of KFU and acts on the basis of KFU Charter and main provisions of HR Department of EI KFU. It is guided by the orders of the Rector, the Director of the Institute, the orders and instructions of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the decisions of the Academic Council of the Institute.
Main areas of work:
Determination and development of personnel policy and strategy in accordance with the direction of EI KFU.
Determination of the current need for personnel.
Selection of qualified specialists by: informing employees of EI KFU about available vacancies; posting vacancies in the media; appeals to the employment service; interaction with educational institutions.
The recruiting with the necessary personnel in accordance with the selection criteria and assessment of the hired personnel, including: relocation of employees within EI KFU; hiring new employees.
Documenting the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation - registration of labor contracts with employees and amendments to them, preparation of draft orders on personnel and main activities of the EI KFU, filling out personal cards of employees
Drawing up vacation schedules, drawing up orders for providing employees with various types of vacations, accounting for the number of vacation days used.
Registration and accounting of business trips (preparation of draft orders and service certificates).
Work with certificates of incapacity for work.
Checking the correctness and full filling of timesheets by employees of the organization's structural divisions.
Preparation and issuance of certificates of the position held and the period of work in the organization.
Interaction with third-party organizations: insurance companies in terms of submitting information for issuing compulsory health insurance (MHI) and voluntary health insurance (VHI) policies; pension funds in order to provide documents for the production of insurance certificates of state pension insurance and the formation of models of pension files for retiring employees.
Preparation of personnel documentation for transfer to the archive of EI KFU for further storage.
Preparation of materials for the presentation of employees for the promotion.
Preparation of materials for bringing employees to disciplinary responsibility.
Control over the observance of labor discipline and the implementation by employees of the Internal Labor Regulations and other local regulations.
Consulting employees of the organization on labor law issues, including responses to inquiries, complaints, appeals.
Planning and participation in attestation activities, which include: development of local regulations on the basis of which attestation is carried out; information support (drawing up schedules, orders, characteristics); control over the progress of certification, implementation of decisions of the certification commission.
Establishing the need for advanced training, retraining or training of employees, documenting the referral to training.
Formation and preparation of a personnel reserve for promotion to higher positions.
Development of a set of measures to increase employee motivation.
Analysis of staff turnover.
Maintaining and keeping personal files of full-time students.
Preparation of orders for the contingent of students (admission, transfer, expulsion, restoration, encouragement, assignment of scholarships, educational and industrial practice, business trips).
Keeping records of strict reporting forms (diplomas).
Interaction with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, Education Departments of the districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on the employment of graduates.
Primary reception and processing of all incoming correspondence for all types of communication addressed to the director
