The graduate must have:

Practice consolidates the knowledge and skills acquired as a result of mastering theoretical courses, develop practical skills and contribute to the integrated formation of general cultural, professional and special competencies.

The purpose of the educational practice of bachelors in the direction «40.03.01 Law» is to provide a link between the scientific and theoretical training of students, to consolidate and deepen theoretical training, to develop in undergraduate students an initial understanding and knowledge of the main types of professional activities: rule-making, law enforcement, law enforcement, expert advisory and the creation conditions for understanding the choice of their future legal professions.

The purpose of the industrial and pre-diploma practice of students in the direction «40.03.01 Law» is to consolidate and deepen the theoretical training of the student, acquire practical skills and competencies, as well as experience in independent professional activity in the training profile “Civil Law”

The objectives of the practice for obtaining primary professional skills and abilities of bachelors in the direction «40.03.01 Law» are:

• the obtaining by the students of practical knowledge about the types of professional training in the direction «40.03.01 Law»;
• the developing the ability to legally correctly qualify facts and circumstances;
• the acquisition of practical skills in preparation of legal documents;
• the familiarization with the procedure for maintaining procedural documents.

The tasks of the industrial practice of bachelors in the direction «40.03.01 Law» are:

development of practical experience in solving the following professional tasks in the field of training:

a) in rule-making activities:

• participation in the preparation of normative legal acts;

b) in law enforcement:

• learn to justify and make decisions within the limits of official duties, as well as to take actions to implement legal norms;
• draft legal documents;

c) in law enforcement:

• gain practical skills in matters of law, order, security of the individual, society and the state;
• gain practical skills in the protection of public order;
• acquire practical knowledge on the prevention, suppression, detection, disclosure and investigation of offenses; gain practical experience in protecting private, state, municipal and other forms of property;

d) in expert advisory activities:

• learn how to competently and competently advise on legal issues;
• gain practical knowledge on the implementation of legal examination of documents.

The objectives of the pre-diploma practice of bachelors in the direction «40.03.01 Law» is to improve qualifications and skills in professional activities in the chosen profile, including:

• formation of the ability to correctly and fully reflect the results of professional activity in legal and other documentation;
• Increasing the level of professionalism, giving qualified legal opinions and consultations;

The practice is carried out in organizations and institutions according to the profile of training, as well as in student legal consultations (legal clinics).

The educational practice is carried out in entities engaged in economic activities.

The industrial practice, including the pre-diploma practice, of students are carried out in the legal services of enterprises, organizations, institutions and other legal entities of various organizational and legal forms in accordance with individual plans or official invitations confirmed by these entities.

Ways of conducting the industrial practice: stationary or mobile.

The final certification of a graduate of the institute is mandatory and is carried out after mastering the educational program in full.

The state final certification includes the preparation and passing of state exams, the preparation and procedure for defending the final qualification work.

Upon completion of mastering the main professional educational program, the qualification "bachelor" is awarded.
