    -  3 new growth setups were designed and constructed.

    - Methods of crystal growth were supplied : Bridgman Bridgman - Stockbarger, Czochralski, Micro-pulling-down growth, Temperature Gradient growth.  

    - A circulating water system  to cool growth setups for growing lab  was designed and created.
