The Institute of Computer Mathematics and Information Technologies (ICM&IT) has been recently working with the Autodesk, Inc., the world CAD (Computer Aided Design) leader. Igor Philippov, Assistant Professor of the Department of Applied Mathematics of ICM&IT, is coordinating the project.
ICN&IT Director Rustam Latypov informed that Autodesk, Inc. had announced KFU its strategic partner in the development and implementation of professional education development programmes.
As reference, since 1982 Autodesk has been developing advanced 2D and 3D technologies for visualization, modeling and early analysis of developed products’ behavior. It enables users to properly prepare and optimize computational model before it is mechanized. Users both see this model on the screen and can test it that saves time and money, improves the quality and encourages innovations.
