Molecular and Biochemical Bases of Pathogenesis and Therapy of Cancer Diseases 

Areas of basic research are molecular bases of pathogenesis and therapy of tumoral diseases, in particular, for solving problems in the field of biomarker determination, research of mechanisms and development of therapy of oncological diseases. Realization of the project with the use of modern cellular and molecular biological technologies that allow to provide training of personnel capable at the highest level of interaction with attending oncologists and to implement in practice the transition to personalized medicine.

Within the framework of the development of personalized medicine to obtain a full all-round characteristic for the clinographs. Such experimental models (xenografts) become de-facto norm in modern oncological centers and achievements to develop individualized recommendations for the use of drugs for cancer patients.
