Work Regulations

According to Russian law, individuals entering the country for educational purposes may work here partl-time (20 hours per week).

During an academic year, international students can work only during time-off and only as support staff at their host institutions. Thus, students should not rely on work remuneration to cover all tuition and accommodation expenses incurred during their stay in Russia.
