Transfers from a Russian university

In accordance with the Russian immigration law, foreign students changing from one university to another within Russia must leave the country and re-enter with a visa issued with an invitation from the new university. The only exceptions are students who have received a Russian Government scholarship.

Transfers from a foreign university

Students from foreign universities must complete the appropriate admission process.
