Passport and visa support unit

Starting 25 November 2025, KFU has made changes in its International Office's work to facilitate speedier migration registration and visa procedures for international students.

There are now three reception locations:

• Universiade Village 9 (serving Universiade Village residents);
• Gvardeiskaya 32, Dorm house 5 (serving Student City residents); 
• Gvardeiskaya 9 (primary office – serving Student City dorms and those living in separate apartments and hostels);

The office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 17:00, lunch break 12:00 – 13:00.
