BLESSed 'Extreme Biology' lab

In December 2015 members of “Extreme Bio lab” undertook a traineeship in BLESS (Breaks Labeling, Enrichment on Streptavidin, and Sequencing) method in The Laboratory of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology, Centre of New Technologies, University of Warsaw. Alina Ryabova and Alexander Cherkasov conducted BLESS experiments on Pv11 cells. They also held a friendly meeting in a workshop format for Polish colleagues, where the main directions of “Extreme Biolab” scientific activity were expounded.
