Short description of important scientific result: The formation of students' professional communication skills is possible through the orientation of teaching the Russian language at a university to increase motivation for professional and career growth. To achieve this, it is important to convey to each student the vision and understanding of the opportunity offered by the profession for his future advancement and level of achievement. Solving this problem involves the use of both traditional and modern training technologies: information and communication, development of critical thinking, problem-based learning and others. The implementation of the research objectives is possible using the communicative teaching method by creating a language environment and overcoming the language barrier.
