Born in Kazan. In 1991, graduated History Department of Kazan State University with the specialty 'Lecturer in Social and Political Studies.'

1991-1993: sociologist and correspondent, senior staff writer at Vechernyaya Kazan (Evening Kazan) sociopolitical newspaper.

1993-1995: Deputy Director for Informatization and Press at the Republic of Tatarstan Social Problems Center under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers. 1995-1997: Deputy Director at the Republic of Tatarstan Center for Economic and Social Research under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers.

1995-1996: Member of work groups developing parts of Tatarstan State Economic and Social Progress Program.

1997-1999: Public Relations Representative of KAMAZ Public Company's Chairman; member of Tatarstan governmental expert group for KAMAZ Public Company crisis management.

1998-2003: Set up a number of sociopolitical and educational programs on the republican television.

2001-2005: Author and anchor of "Tatarstan. Itogi Nedeli" (Tatarstan. Weekly Digest) news and analytical program on State Television and Radio Company Tatarstan channel.

2005-2007: Director General at Tatar-inform Information Agency.

2008-2012: First Deputy Director General at Tatmedia Public Company.

2008-2016: Director General of TATMEDIA Public Company's branch Tatar-inform Information Agency.

April 2016-current: Head of Higher School of Journalism and Media Communications, Kazan (Volga) State University.
