We carry out a full cycle of preclinical studies of drug candidates according to international standards GLP (Good Laboratory Practice).  We investigate the general toxicity of compounds (acute, subchronic, chronic), specific toxicity (carcinogenicity, allergenic properties, immunotoxicity), pharmacokinetics (LC / MS / MS highly sensitive), bioavailability and biodistribution, pharmacological activity with the development of new models in mice and SPF- rats  status.  I study the blood of different species of animals on a biochemical and hematological analyzers, plasma on a coagulometry device, and also examine urine on a urine analyzer.  I am working on the thematic plan of the department (protocols of experiments, reports). 

I conduct research work in the field of bionanotechnology with the fundamentals of microbiology: the development of bionanopreparations of an industrial design and their use for controlled purification of natural and industrial wastewater from oil, petroleum products, semi-synthetic, synthetic, mineral and other oils in industrial enterprises and agricultural facilities, development  new biotechnologies and biotechnological schemes for cleaning, decontamination, desalination and disinfection of various natural and waste waters, technologies  controlled bioremediation of lands polluted with oil and highly mineralized oil waters, creation of new installations and systems for regulating and controlling the quality of the environment (water, soil).  Development of a biotechnological scheme for wastewater treatment with various sorbents, obtained from grassy plants and diverse nature to the norms of circulating water supply.
