Research Interests:

 Cytology and physiology of animals and plant cells, ultrastructure of animals and plant cells, protoplasts, cells in culture, cotton and flax fibres, cell wall formation during cell growth.

 Method used include:

Ultrathin sections for light and electron microscopy, cytochemistry, immunocytochemistry, freeze-fracture, scanning electron microscopy, MW protocol for electron microscopy. Objects :blood cells, nerve tissues,  protoplasts, cells in culture, fibres of cotton and flax, tissues of stem in flax, tobacco, wheat, arabidopsis, any kind of the plant and animal tissues.
