Born in the village of the Big Keys of Zelenodolsky area RT, 1957 and lived in Bugulma in connection with moving of parents. In 1965 he graduated with a silver medal secondary school №2 and entered Kazan State University, mechanical-mathematical faculty. In 1970 he graduated with honors spec. 'Mechanics' with specialization 'Hydromechanics and Aeromechanics'. From 1970 to1981 he worked at the Tatar research and design Institute of oil industry (TatNIPIneft), Bugulma. In 1971-1974, he studied at the postgraduate, and in 1977 he defended a thesis on competition of a scientific degree of candidate of technical Sciences. On 1981 worked as the junior, then senior scientific worker and head department of collection, transportation and treatment of oil, gas and water. In 1981 was awarded the academic title of senior researcher. In the Kamsky Polytechnic Institute (Naberezhnye Chelny, RT) Rosenzweig, A.K. is open from December 1981, he held the position of associate Professor of the Department 'Higher and applied mathematics'. Since 1999 Rosenzweig A. K. - associate Professor and since 2005 - Professor, Department of BIMME, of Faculty of Economics of Institute Naberezhnye Chelny, the Kazan Federal University. In 2005 he defended his thesis for the degree of doctor of technical Sciences: 'Energy saving patterns in the transfer process in complex disperse systems'. 18.11.2005 the decision of the Higher attestation Commission of Rosenzweig A. K.was awarded the degree of doctor of technical Sciences. Member of dissertation Council D 212.082.02 when FGBOU VPO 'Kazan statepower University', reviewer of the journals Chemical Engineering Science, International Journal of Heat and Mass Transfer, Measurement, of International Publisher Elsevier
