Short description of important scientific result: The leading idea of the scientific result: Innovative development of the organization of higher education in modern conditions is carried out through a gradual transition from a state of simple adaptation to changes in external factors to an active transformation of the external environment based on the innovative potential of the university. At the same time, the educational activity management system at the university should have adaptability properties that allow for a quick and adequate correction of managerial actions, while maintaining a certain trajectory and set development rates. The adaptability of the organizational and pedagogical system for managing educational activities at a university is achieved through the integrated application of system-functional, process and project management models, a competency-based model of personal and professional development of graduates and a comprehensive performance assessment system based on the implementation of special patterns.
