  • Short description of important scientific result:  The developed model of the processes of institutionalization of social exclusion and social integration in modern societies at different levels of institutions: specified, visualized and detailed the stages and identify the agents of institutionalization based on multilevel (macro, meso, micro levels) and spatial-temporal parameters. It is formulated author's definition of "social exclusion" and "social exclusion" on the principles of institutionalization and structural companies. Social exclusion is understood as an institutionalized scenario, aimed at suppressing, ignoring society challenges the existence of a particular group and depriving the community totally or partially social, economic, political and cultural empowerment. The result of social exclusion is social exclusion, which is a condition of exclusion of individuals and social groups in society and having a multilevel structure, the base of which is the design of scenarios of discrimination and deprivation.
