Short description of important scientific result: 1. Spatial structures of Alzheimer amyloid-beta peptides derivatives in solution and in a complex with models of biological membranes; peptide PAP 248-286 fragments (prostatic acid phosphatase); cholesterol in a complex with model membranes and a number of medications (cyclosporine cyclo(-Bmt-Abu-Sar-Mle-Val-Mle-Ala-DAla-Mle-Mle-Mva-) and vitamin B6 derivatives) in solution were established by high resolution NMR method. Atom coordinates of studied compounds were defined in pdb format.
Approach for monitoring of sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar systems formation in solution by 1H-1H NOESY NMR spectroscopy was developed. Basics of a new scientific area - structural biology in KFU were established.
2. Models of molecular devices in "host-guest" systems in solution were studied by NMR (calix[4]resorcinarenes, 2-naphthols, 1.5-naphthalendiamines).
3. The results of EPR investigations of fullerene derivatives as photovoltaic materials.
