The registration fee covers the expenses for registration, publication of the conference proceedings, etc., and is 1 000 rubles. The registration fee must be paid upon arrival at the conference or by bank transfer till October 5, 2016. Expenses for accommodation and meals will make up approximately 1 800 rubles per day.

In the case of publication in English in the journal IOP Conference Series: Materials Science and Engineering  (Web of Science, Scopus) registration fee will be 4 000 Rubles.
