Today, on February 25, a cooperation agreement was signed between Elabuga Institute of KFU and the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. A dialogue took place between the heads of universities, within the framework of which the main areas of activity were discussed.
Rector Abdugaffor Kirgizboev greeted the participants of the meeting on behalf of TSPU named after Nizami. In his speech, he spoke about the development of the education system in Uzbekistan, as well as about existing programs of international cooperation with Russian universities, in particular, with KFU.
"Within the framework of the memorandum, specialized classes have been opened at our university, in which those wishing to enroll in Kazan Federal University are engaged. Cooperation with Elabuga Institute of KFU is a continuation of the integration of educational programs of our universities," said the rector of Tashkent State Pedagogical University.
Director Elena Merzon made a welcoming speech on behalf of EI KFU. She noted that one of the main areas of cooperation will be the program on the profile "Technology and robotics":
"Today there is an understanding in which format we will work, how to organize the educational process, taking into account the presence of students on the territory of Elabuga Institute of KFU and Tashkent Pedagogical University. We are ready to prepare a roadmap, an additional agreement within the framework of the implementation of the joint program "Technology and Robotics" - this is a good foundation for further joint work," Elena Efimovna said.
It should be noted that today more than a thousand foreign students study at Elabuga Institute, about 300 of them are the citizens of Uzbekistan who successfully master bachelor's and master's degree programs.
