  • Research activities are focused on the study of the spatial structure and the intramolecular mobility of organic and bioorganic compounds in solutions of modern methods of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). Developed techniques determining the conformational structure of cyclic and acyclic molecules according to low-temperature spectra of 1H and 13C NMR; developed approaches that extend the capabilities of two-dimensional versions of NMR spectroscopy in the study of the structure of bioorganic compounds. On the basis of the proposed approaches by NMR spectroscopy studied conformational properties of carbonates and heterocyclic and determine their spatial structure in solution; determined with colleagues, the spatial structure of a number of oligopeptides having from two to forty amino acid residues in solutions and in complex with models of biological membranes.
