Papers should be submitted in English language only. Papers in Russian language will be automatically rejected

Copyright
It is necessary to sign and send to Organizing Committee the IEEE Copyright Form for every paper in Proceedings.
Publication Title is:
International Siberian Conference on Control and Communications SIBCON-2021.
Copyright Submission
